Vora Constructions Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on September 04, 2009, inter alia, to issue and allot 17,50,000 Optionally Convertible Warrants (PCWs) as approved in the EGM of the Company held on August 31, 2009.
