Jindal Cotex IPO receives 0.41 times subscription

The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Jindal Cotex Limited has received subscription of 0.41 times as on 5:00 PM - August 28, 2009. The IPO has received bids for 4603500 equity shares against the offer of 11250000 equity shares. The issue has received bids for 1183860 equity shares at cut-off price.

The Qualified Institutional Buyers (QIBs) portion of the issue has received subscription of 0.2411 times with bids for 1296000 equity shares against the offer of 5375000 equtiy shares.

The Non Institutional Investors portion has received bids for 1806750 equity shares against the offer of 1612500 equity shares resulting in a subscription of 1.1205 times.

The Retail Individual Investors (RIIs) portion of the issue has received subscription of 0.3989 times with bids for 1500750 equity shares against the offer of 3762500 equity shares.

The Employee Reservation portion has received bids for Nil shares against the offer of 500000 shares.
