OBC declares Interim Dividend for the year 2006-07

Oriental Bank of Commerce (OBC) has announced that the Board of Directors of the Bank at its meeting held on December 22, 2006 has approved the proposal for recommending the Interim Dividend @20% for the year 2006-2007 to the shareholders subject to statutory approvals. If approved, dividend is proposed to be paid to the shareholders for which record date shall be declared later.
