Sobha Developers awarded contract for constructing DELL manufacturing plant near Chennai

Sobha Developers Ltd has announced that the Company received a Letter of Indent (LOI) dated December 22, 2006 from DELL India Pvt Ltd to construct its Manufacturing Plant in Sriperumbadur, Chennai. The scope of work comprises of its civil works and Project Management fees for its electrical works, PHE works, Mechanical works, HVAC works, structural works etc.

The value of the total work is about Rs 23.21 crores comprises of Rs 22.71 crores towards civil works and Rs 50 lacs towards project management fees. The entire project will be completed by June 2007.

DELL is a new corporate client added to the Company's existing contractual client base.
