IOC Board declares interim dividend

Indian Oil Corporation Ltd (IOC) has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 22, 2006 has declared an Interim Dividend of 60% (Rs 6/- per share) for the financial year 2006-07.
