Innovative Marine to consider BIFR scheme

Innovative Marine Foods Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 29 2006, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Order of The Hon'ble Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) approving the Modified Rehabilitation Scheme of the Company.
