Kerala Ayurveda Pharmacy Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 29, 2006, inter alia, to consider the change of name of the company from "Kerala Ayurveda Pharmacy Ltd" to "Kerala Ayurveda Ltd", to approve the Notice of the Extra Ordinary General Meeting and also to fix the time, date and venue of the meeting.
