Panoramic Universal approves foray into real estate business

Panoramic Universal Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 22, 2006, has approved the Company’s foray into the business of Real Estate. The company shall foray into this business either by starting a separate division of the company or by incorporating a wholly owned subsidiary. The board has also granted its formal approval for entering into project specific joint ventures and special purpose vehicles for certain high value real estate projects to be executed with reputed companies of the sector.
