Compact Disc to acquire MOBSOFT

Compact Disc India Ltd has announced that the Company has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire 70 percent share holdings of Mobile Software Ltd., an isle of Man registered Company. The Company has main office in London and development centre at St. Pittsburg in Russia. This Company has already produced mobile games for Burger King, Coca Cola, British Police etc.

The Financial details of this Memorandum of Understanding will be announced in a joint press conference to be held in New Delhi during the last week of January 2007.
