PSL fixes QIP issue price band between Rs 138.88 to Rs 160

PSL Ltd has announced that the QIP Committee of the Company at its meeting held on August 21, 2009, based on the input received by the committee with respect to progress of the transaction of the QIP, have accorded their approval to open the QIP on August 21, 2009.BR>
Further the Committee has fixed the price band for the proposed issue of shares at Rs 138.88 to Rs 160.

The stock was trading at Rs.143.75, down by Rs.5.10 or 3.43%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.150 and low of Rs.142.05.

The total traded quantity was 489349 compared to 2 week average of 360823.
