GHCL Acquisition of assets of H W Baker Lenin Co

GHCL Ltd has announced that the Company's step down subsidiary Dan River Inc., in USA has acquired assets of H W Baker Lenin Co., having a turnover of US Dollar 70 million through competitive bidding process for US Dollar 6.75 million.

H W Baker Lenin Co., is a leading supplier of textile products covering sheets, Terry Lenins, Blankets, Pillows, Pillows cases etc., to leading hotels and motels. This acquisition will strengthen the existing position of Dan River Inc., in the sales to Institutional segment of Home Textiles.
