Lesha Energy allots 5714285 FCDs

Lesha Energy Resources Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 20, 2009, has allotted 57,14,285 Optionally Fully Convertible Debentures of Rs 35/- each to the other than promoters' on preferential basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.39.50, up by Rs.1.60 or 4.22%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.39.75 and low of Rs.38.05.
