Yes Bank Allots 1,00,00,000 Equity Shares at Rs.120

Yes Bank Ltd has announced that the Capital Raising Committee of the Bank at its meeting held on December 22, 2006 has allotted 1,00,00,000 Equity share of face value of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 110/- per share (Issue price Rs 120/- per share) to Swiss Reinsurance Company, on private placement basis.
