Webel-Sl Energy approves allotment of 20 lakh warrants

Webel-Sl Energy Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 14, 2009, inter alia, has approved the Allotment of warrants to Tysom Agencies Pvt. Ltd (10,00,000 Warrants), a promoter group Company, and to Khushaal Investments Advisory Pvt. Ltd (10,00,000 Warrants), Strategic Investors, not forming part of the Promoter Group.

The stock was trading at Rs.303, up by Rs.8.30 or 2.82%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.309.30 and low of Rs.285.

The total traded quantity was 16240 compared to 2 week average of 34270.
