Gammon Infrastructure Projects Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Board resolution dated July 31, 2009, the Company has forfeited 1,62,050 equity shares which remain unpaid as on July 30, 2009.

The stock was trading at Rs.98.30, down by Rs.5.15 or 4.98%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.105 and low of Rs.98.30.
