Essar Shipping seeks EGM approval for delisting

Essar Shipping Ltd has announced that an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the members of the Company will be held on January 02, 2007 for delisting of equity shares of the Company from Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd, subject to necessary provisions and approvals.
