HDFC allots 43250 equity shares

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has announced that the Corporation on August 06, 2009, allotted 43,250 equity shares of Rs 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs 284,60,36,040 consisting 28,46,03,604 equity shares of Rs 10 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.2410.55, down by Rs.58 or 2.35%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2484 and low of Rs.2395.

The total traded quantity was 90395 compared to 2 week average of 111510.
