Megasoft denies buyout of Visualsoft

With reference to the news item appearing in a leading financial daily titled "Three cos eyeing VisualSoft buyout" Megasoft Ltd has clarified that the Company is neither considering any such buy out of Visualsoft Technologies Ltd ("Visualsoft") nor the Company is in any contact / discussion with management of Visualsoft regarding the same.

The Company is already made public its intentions of pursuing an acquisition led growth strategy and is currently fully focusing on an acquisition of overseas based technology Company(ies).

Further the Company informed that, the above referred news item is baseless and speculative in nature and the Company has nothing to do with the same.
