Kamanwala Industries EGM approves issue of shares and warrants

Kamanwala Industries Ltd has announced that the members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on December 15, 2006, have passed the necessary resolutions for issue of 15,84,000 Equity Shares and 19,95,000 Optionally Fully Convertible Warrants on preferential basis.
