SBI Mutual Fund declares 25% Dividend in MSFU - Emerging Business Fund

The trustees of SBI Mutual Fund have approved July 30, 2009 as the record date for declaration of 25% dividend under the dividend option of Magnum Sector Funds Umbrella (MSFU) - Emerging Business Fund.

Accordingly dividend will be paid to all the unitholders whose names appear on the Register of investors/unitholders of the schemes, on July 30, 2009 subject to availability of distributable surplus under the scheme.

The Face Value of Mutual Fund units are Rs 10 and the dividend declared is 25% or Rs 2.50 per unit.

The NAV (Net Asset Value) of Magnum Sector Funds Umbrella (MSFU) - Emerging Business Fund was Rs 13.74 on July 23, 2009. It should be noted that pursuant to payment of dividend, the NAV of the scheme would fall to the extent of dividend payout and statutory levy if any.
