Rei Agro to issue 29945550 shares at Rs 61

Rei Agro Ltd has announced that the Committee of Board of Directors (CoD) of the Company at its meeting held on July 23, 2009, have authorized to issue 29945550 equity shares of Re 1/- each at a price of Rs 61/- per equity share ("Issue Price") including a premium of Rs 60/- per equity share), aggregating to a Issue size of Rs 1826678550/-.

The Board approved the Placement Document in respect to above issue.

The stock closed the day at Rs.68.35, up by Rs.1 or 1.48%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.69.40 and low of Rs.66.30.

The total traded quantity was 186773 compared to 2 week average of 292399.
