Gujarat State Petronet allots 102671 shares

Gujarat State Petronet Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 23, 2009, inter alia, has approved the allotment of 102,671 Equity Shares under Employees Stock Option Scheme (ESOP) consequent to which the paid up Share Capital of the Company has increased from Rs 562,11,52,030 to Rs 562,21,78,740.
