Indage Vintners allots 1.03 crore Equity Share Warrants

Indage Vintners Ltd has announced that pursuant to the Special Resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) held on July 04, 2009, the Company has allotted on July 13, 2009, on preferential basis, 1,03,00,000 Equity Share Warrants carrying an entitlement to apply for equivalent number of Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each, before the expiry of 18 months from the date of allotment of the Equity Share Warrants at a price of Rs 88/- per equity share to be allotted on conversion to the specified investors as mentioned in the Notice convening the Extra Ordinary General Meeting.

The stock was trading at Rs.64.40, up by Rs.3.05 or 4.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.64.40 and low of Rs.62.

The total traded quantity was 111563 compared to 2 week average of 220899.
