Kale Consultants to issue securities

Kale Consultants Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 22, 2009, subject to the consent of the shareholders at general meeting, approved the proposal for issue of upto 14,84,000 equity shares / warrants / convertible instruments to the promoters of the Company on preferential basis.

The stock closed the day at Rs.42.45, up by Rs.1.95 or 4.81%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.42.50 and low of Rs.40.10.
