MCS to allot 7 lakh shares at Rs 15.82

MCS Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 20, 2009, has resolved to allot 7,00,000 (Seven Lacs) equity shares of Rs 10/- each of the Company on preferential basis at a price of Rs 15.82 per share (the price having been determined as per SEBI (DIP) guidelines to M/s. S K Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd, Kolkata.

The stock closed the day at Rs.12.10, up by Rs.0.49 or 4.22%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.12.10 and low of Rs.12.09.

The total traded quantity was 500 compared to 2 week average of 907.
