Jet Airways to consider fund raising along with Q1 results on July 24, 2009

Jet Airways India Ltd has now announced with reference to the earlier annoucement dated July 14, 2009, regarding the Meeting of the Board of Directors for considering the Unaudited Results for the 1st Quarter ended June 30, 2009, to be held on July 24, 2009, that the Board of Directors also proposes to consider various options for raising of additional capital the said Board Meeting.

The stock was trading at Rs.255.25, down by Rs.0.50 or 0.20%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.265 and low of Rs.253.50.

The total traded quantity was 55471 compared to 2 week average of 78598.
