Parenteral Drugs to issue 7,75,000 shares on preferential basis

Parenteral Drugs India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 28, 2006, has decided to issue 7,75,000 equity shares of Rs 10/- each in terms of the "Guidelines For Preferential Issues" under Chapter XIII of the SEBI (Disclosure & Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000, to the promoters of the Company and for the purpose an extra-ordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the Company has been convened on December 19, 2006.
