Sql Star International to consider preferential issue on July 22, 2009

Sql Star International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 22, 2009, inter alia, to consider the proposal of Issue of Equity Shares on preferential basis to the promoters of the Company and others.

The Board will consider the proposal of Issue of Warrants on preferential basis to the promoters of the Company and others.

The stock closed the day at Rs.9.60, up by Rs.0.65 or 7.26%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.9.60 and low of Rs.8.76.

The total traded quantity was 16162 compared to 2 week average of 27531.
