The Initial Public Offering (IPO) of EXCEL INFOWAYS LIMITED opened for subscription by investors today - July 14, 2009.
The company has come out with an IPO of 56,67,000 EQUITY SHARES of Rs 10 each for cash at a price band of Rs. 80 To Rs. 85 through 100% Book Building process.
The IPO has been rated Grade 1 by CARE. The IPO closes for subscription on July 17, 2009.
