Radha Madhav to raise Rs 25 crore

Radha Madhav Corporation Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 11, 2009, has resolved to raise funds upto Rs 25 Crores by Issue of Shares on Rights Basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.16, down by Rs.0.60 or 3.61%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.16.50 and low of Rs.16.

The total traded quantity was 1094 compared to 2 week average of 20023.
