Reliance Infrastructure allots 4.29 crore warrants convertible into Equity Shares

Reliance Infrastructure Ltd has announced that pursuant to the resolution passed by the shareholders of the Company through postal ballot on June 24, 2009, the Committee of Directors on July 09, 2009, allotted 4.29 crore warrants to AAA Project Ventures Pvt. Ltd which are convertible into equivalent number of equity shares at a price of Rs 928.89 per share (including a premium of Rs 918.89 per share) determined in accordance with the relevant provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Disclosure and Investor Protection) Guidelines, 2000 on Preferential Issue at any time after October 09, 2009 but on or before 18 months from the date of allotment of warrants.

The stock closed the day at Rs.1101, up by Rs.26.30 or 2.45%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1118 and low of Rs.1057.

The total traded quantity was 1228110 compared to 2 week average of 1305602.
