Country Club allots 86 lakh warrants to promoter

Country Club India Ltd has announced that the pursuant to the resolution passed by the members in Extra ordinary General Meeting held on June 09, 2009 and the resolution of the Board of Directors passed by Circulation dated July 08, 2009, the Company has allotted 86,00,000 convertible warrants to Mr. Y Rajeev Reddy, Chairman and Managing Director (Promoter) of the Company convertible at the rate of 7 Equity Shares for every 5 warrants allotted.

The stock closed the day at Rs.20.35, down by Rs.0.85 or 4.01%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.21.85 and low of Rs.20.10.

The total traded quantity was 240575 compared to 2 week average of 706058.
