Hindustan Dorr Oliver to consider NCD issue on Jul 11, 2009

Hindustan Dorr Oliver Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors considered the composite proposals for issuance of further shares and / or issuance of Non Convertible Debentures by way of circular resolution. However since the proposals involve issuance of debt instruments (NCDs) as well, it has been decided to convene a Board Meeting on July 11, 2009 to consider the said matter.

The stock closed the day at Rs.100.60, up by Rs.6.50 or 6.91%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.102.95 and low of Rs.88.05.

The total traded quantity was 58333 compared to 2 week average of 54424.
