Kotak Mahindra Bank allots 269730 equity shares

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at it Meeting held on July 02, 2009 has allotted 2,69,730 equity shares of Rs 10/- each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options under ESOP Scheme Series 2007/01 : 2,67,106 equity shares and ESOP Scheme Series 2007/06 : 2,624 equity shares.

The stock closed the day at Rs.644.75, up by Rs.2.10 or 0.33%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.658.60 and low of Rs.632.15.
