Clutch Auto Ltd secures international order

Clutch Auto Ltd has announced about the following:

1. The Company has made the first breakthrough in the International Original Equipment market with an order for US$ 5.5 million from the leading Tractor Manufacturer in Turkey, M/s. Uzel Makina Sanayi A.S, Istanbul, Turkey. Samples are under evaluation and deliveries are expected to start from September 2006 onwards.

2. On the Tractor Clutch front, another Original Equipment order has been received from IMT Fabrika, Serbia. On execution of the first order, regular schedules are expected. These orders turnover could be in the range of US$ 0.5 million.

3. Negotiations with the leading most Tractor manufacturer in India for marketing of clutches for different makes throughout their country-wide distribution network are in advanced stages.

With these inroads, the tractor clutch segment would be a thrust area for the Company´s product mix in the coming years.
