GMR Infrastructure withdraws QIP Issue

GMR Infrastructure Ltd has announced that Management Committee of Board of Directors of the Company, on June 30, 2009 have decided to withdraw the QIP in light of the existing market conditions.

The stock was trading at Rs.140.70, down by Rs.14.60 or 9.40%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.160 and low of Rs.140.50.

The total traded quantity was 7571875 compared to 2 week average of 4227545.
