Relish Pharmaceuticals to forfeit 38 lakh shares

Relish Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2009, inter alia, has approved the forfeiture of 38,00,000 shares subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
