HDFC allots 23962 equity shares

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has announced that the Corporation on June 29, 2009, allotted 23,962 equity shares of Rs 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs 284,56,03,540 consisting 28,45,60,354 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
