Pritish Nandy receives IOD Award 2006

Pritish Nandy Communications Ltd has announced that Shri. Pritish Nandy, Chairman, of the Company has received the Distinguished Fellow Award-2006 from The Institute of Directors on August 11, 2006 in New Delhi. Each year, IOD identifies Corporate leaders, Policy Makers and top government officials who have made an outstanding contribution in the field of Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility. The award was presented as part of a grand ceremony that took place at the Gulmohar Hall of the India Habitat Centre. Present at the occasion to give away the award to Shri. Pritish Nandy was Dr. A R Kidwai, Honorable Governor of Haryana. Also present at the event were Shri. Virbhadra Singh, Honorable Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh, Shri. P N Bhagwati, former Chief Justice of India and Dr. Madhav Mehra, President of the World Council for Corporate Governance.
