Singer India allots 827900 shares

Singer India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 22, 2009, inter alia, has allotted 8,27,900 equity shares of the face value of Rs 10 each to Singer (India) B.V. Netherlands against an amount of Rs 8,279,000 as per the order of the Hon'ble BIFR.
