Kasat Paper Allots 5,00,000 Shares to SASF

Kasat Paper & Pulp Ltd has announced that as per the approved revival scheme of BIFR, the Company has allotted 5,00,000 fully paid Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to Stressed Asset Stabilisation Fund on December 06, 2006.
