Radhe Developers to consider allotment of 1.5 crore shares on July 02, 2009

Radhe Developers India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 02, 2009, inter alia, to approve the Allotment of 1,50,00,000 Equity Shares on preferential basis to Various persons including promoters pursuance to conversion of warrants.

The stock closed the day at Rs.77.20, up by Rs.3.65 or 4.96%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.77.20 and low of Rs.72.

The total traded quantity was 59181 compared to 2 week average of 78580.
