Liberty Phosphate allots 50 lakh shares at Rs 13

Liberty Phosphate Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 23, 2009, has allotted 50,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each at a premium of Rs 3/- per share aggregating to Rs 6,50,00,000/- to the promoter group and others.

Sumera Raoof Dhanani - NRI (Promoter Group) was allotted 1500000 equity shares, Sana Yusuf Dhanani - NRI (Promoter Group) was allotted 1500000 shares and Blue Deebaj Chemicals L.L.C. - Foreign Body Corporate (Others) was allotted 2000000 shares.

With this allotment, the issued, subscribed and paid up share capital will increase from Rs.9,43,82,010/- divided into 94,38,201 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs.14,43,82,010/- divided into 1,44,38,201 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.16.50, up by Rs.0.20 or 1.23%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.17.40 and low of Rs.15.75.

The total traded quantity was 4970 compared to 2 week average of 9276.
