Vippy Industries to consider allotment of shares on Jun 30, 2009

Vippy Industries Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 30, 2009, inter alia, to consider the allotment of 5,00,00,000 equity shares to the promoters towards the exercise of right of conversion of 5,00,00,000 warrants into equal number of equity shares out of total 15,00,00,000 warrants in 3rd last tranche.
