IDFC allots 193052 Shares under ESOS

Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd (IDFC) has announced that the Committee of Directors at its meeting held on June 23, 2009, has allotted 193052 fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10/- each to employees of the Company in terms of the Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS).

The stock was trading at Rs.127.50, down by Rs.0.30 or 0.23%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.129.80 and low of Rs.123.25.

The total traded quantity was 1551698 compared to 2 week average of 4199260.
