Walchandnagar Industries allots 3,00,000 warrants to Kamdhenu Commercials Pvt Ltd

Walchandnagar Industries Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 08, 2006, has issued and allotted 3,00,000 Warrants Convertible into the Equity Shares of the Company to Kamdhenu Commercials Pvt Ltd, as approved by the shareholders at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on November 23, 2006.
