Cera Sanitaryware reconsiders issue of warrants on preferential basis

Cera Sanitaryware Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 08, 2006, has also reconsidered the issue of 6,00,000 Preferential Warrants to the Promoters group instead of 10,00,000 warrants as decided earlier at its meeting held on October 31, 2006.
