Parekh Aluminex to consider conversion of warrants

Parekh Aluminex Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on December 09, 2006 for allotment of equity shares pursuant to conversion of warrant in to equity shares on account of the option exercised by the warrant holders.
