GTL Infrastructure to consider conversion of FCCBs on Jun 11, 2009

GTL Infrastructure Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Committee of the Board will be held on June 11, 2009, to consider allotment of Equity Shares consequent to Conversion Notice(s) received / to be received for conversion of FCCBs at a conversion price of Rs 53.04 per share, in terms of the Offering Circular dated November 24, 2007 for issue of U.S.$ 300,000,000 Zero Coupon Convertible Bonds due 2012.

The stock was trading at Rs.46.25, up by Rs.0.95 or 2.10%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.47.40 and low of Rs.44.80.
