Kotak Mahindra Bank equity shareholders approve Scheme of Arrangement

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has announced that the members of the Company at their court convened meeting held on December 05, 2006 have approved by requisite majority the Scheme of Arrangement between Kotak Mahindra Capital Company (KMCC) and the Bank for the de-merger of the Trading & Principal including Primary Dealership undertaking of KMCC into the Bank.
